As a Network Creator or an administrator, you can edit notes after they’ve been published by navigating to the Notes tab. After you find the note you’d like to edit, click the “Edit Note” link in the Options drop-down menu.
Although more than one person can edit a note at a time, only one set of changes can be saved. The first person to click “Save” will have their changes applied to the note while the second person to click “Save” will see a screen informing them that another person has saved the note while they were editing. They will be prompted to either save their changes and overwrite the first update, discard the changes and return to the note page or cancel and return to the note editor to continue editing without saving.
