When you add the events feature to your Ning Network, there are three different ways that event information can be displayed on the Main page: list, calendar, and detail view. If you’d like to change how events are displayed, sign in as the Network Creator or Admin and click on the Edit button in the upper right of the events module box on the Main page. You should see a drop-down menu with the three display types listed.
Detail view is selected by default. It shows the event image along with its title, time and date, location and complete description. The calendar view shows a calendar of the current month next to a simplified list of events. The list view shows a list of events organized by date. The event image, title, date and time, and location are also shown.
With each of these three display options, as with all features, you can select that only featured events will appear on the main page.
